It served as the first public computing platform in China under the strategy of \"one center and four platforms\". The \"platforms\" are namely, public computing, innovation and incubation, industry development to integrate industry ecosystems, and scientific research and talent cultivation. Now, the Computing Center empowers smart city construction and fuels the AI industry in Wuhan. The construction of an AI ecosystem will inject momentum into innovation, to help the community prosper. This requires joint efforts of developers. As such, the Computing Center works with universities, enterprises, scientific research institutions, and developers to provide inclusive AI computing power for all sectors of society, and aims to cultivate the next generation of talented personnel in local institutions by launching the Hubei AI Talent Cultivation Program, introducing foundation models (the multimodal foundation model of the Institute of Automation, protein folding model of the Tsinghua University, and remote sensing model of the Wuhan University) to build cooperation, and establishing a local talent- and customer-oriented development path.
