## MindSpore Lite 2.7.0 Release Notes

MindSpore Lite​​ delivers lightweight AI inference acceleration capabilities for diverse hardware devices, empowering smart applications. It provides developers with an ​​end-to-end solution​​ and offers algorithm engineers and data scientists a ​​user-friendly development experience​​ characterized by efficient execution and flexible deployment.

To better foster the thriving development of the AI software and hardware application ecosystem, ​​MindSpore Lite has established an independent code repository to drive ecosystem growth​​. Going forward, MindSpore Lite will collaborate with the ​​MindSpore AI Community​​ to dedicate efforts toward enriching the AI software and hardware application ecosystem.

### Major Features and Improvements

- [STABLE] Support sharing model weights between processes to reduce video memory usage. Users can enable this feature by passing the config_dict parameter in the mindspore_lite.build_from_file API and setting the shared_mem_handle and pids keywords in config_dict.

### API Change

- [STABLE] The config_dict parameter of the mindspore_lite.Model.build_from_file interface now supports the configuration keywords shared_mem_handle and pids.
- [STABLE] The mindspore_lite.Model.get_model_info() interface now supports the keywords current_pid and shareable_weight_mem_handle.
